How do I manage my seasons on my BigTeams website? (BigTeams/Schedule Star connected users only)

Sorting Your Teams Under the Seasons

Seasons are managed in your Schedule Star program. To change your seasons, click here.

You won't be able to save your selections until all sports are assigned to a season. Each team can only be sorted under one season. If you have a team that is active during multiple seasons, set them to "Year Round".

Use the Advanced Settings button if you have multiple teams that play the same sport, but in a different season based on gender or sport level. Example: Boys Varsity Golf plays during the Fall season, but Girls Varsity Golf plays during the Spring season.

Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for changes to be reflected on your BigTeams site.

Change Status

Live seasons are automatically determined by the feed from Schedule Star. 

Copy Content

Content is not automatically copied from season to season; it has to be done manually.

Click on Manage Teams within your Website Administration Console. Then click View as Team Web Admin and click Manage Seasons.


Next to your current season (or the season that you want to copy content to), click Edit.

Select the season which you'd like to copy data from, select the sections you'd like to copy, and click Submit.
