Calendar Subscription

Team calendar subscriptions are available to be downloaded by registered fans only. If you do not have an account you can create an account by clicking “Join” in the top right corner of your BigTeams website.  Registration is free. The fan Calendar subscription is for personal use only. Companies that wish to subscribe to calendar feeds for other purposes should contact


iCal links can be obtained by going to the team schedule for your team. The “Subscribe” button (outlined in red below) can be found below the “Upcoming Games” and to the left of the “Event Type” dropdown:



When you click subscribe you will see a pop-up box like the one below:


Copy the link provided and use one of the options below to import your teams schedule to your preferred calendar. We recommend setting up the calendar from your desktop rather than your phone.  


Note: It might take up to 24 hours for changes to show in your Calendar.


Google Calendar:

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.​​
  2. ​​On the left, above "My Calendars," click Add Add and then From URL.
  3. Enter the calendar's address in the field provided. The address needs to be an ICAL link

  4. Click Add Calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under "Other calendars."

***You must add the calendar to your google account calendar through the browser version of google calendar in order for it to appear in the Google Calendar app on your phone. New calendars cannot be added directly to the Google Calendar app.



  1. From Tools menu select Account Settings.

  2. Click on the Internet Calendars tab.

  3. Click the New button.

  4. Type or paste one of the calendar URLs above then click Add.

  5. In the Subscription Options dialog box, you can optionally rename the calendar.


Apple Calendar:


  1. In Calendar, choose File > New Calendar Subscription.

  2. Paste the link you just copied in the calendar’s web address field, then click Subscribe.

  3. The Team name is pre-filled as the name for the calendar.  You choose a color to help you identify it on your calendar.  Choose auto-refresh cycle of every 5 minutes.

  4. Choose iCloud from the Location menu, then click OK.



  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

  3. Tap on Add Account... under the Mail section.

  4. Tap on Other.

  5. Tap on Add Subscribed Calendar under the Other section.

  6. Paste the link you just copied from the BigTeams website.

  7. Enter any username, password, or SSL info you need to. Most times you don't have to with public subscriptions.

  8. Tap the Next button.

  9. Tap the Save button.


Once the event is in your calendar, you can click the link to go back to the website and see all the details on the event.
